Welcome to Paninoteca, where we have been making the freshest Italian sandwiches since 2016.

Our locally sourced produce and authentic ingredients are lovingly crafted into each panino, filled with grilled meats, deli cuts, homemade veggies and condiments.

We take inspiration from our Sicilian heritage and its street food.

FUN FACT: Paninoteca literally means sandwich shop in Italian!

As kids, brothers David and Rob envisioned this food concept and most recipes come from what we ate cooked by our Mumma Carmela and family holidays to Italy.

We are proud to say that most of our ingredients are made in-house which is what sets us apart from other sandwich shops along with our grilled meats.

On our menu, you will find classic fillings like prosciutto, meatballs, cotoletta and salami, alongside the grilled meats specialties such as scotch fillet, thinly sliced pork belly, pork and fennel sausage made by an old school Italian butcher and kangaroo for something a little more contemporary.

We also have vegetarian and vegan options and if you are looking for Italian-style snacks, we have arancini, marinated olives where the 100-year-old recipe comes from our Great Nonno and chips with freshly grated Pecorino cheese.

Oh, and we cannot forget our great coffee!
